tOts to ponder..

"As much as I would want to share every complicated thought that runs through my head, I believe speech does not permit me to do so. Writing it down perhaps may help me come up with a good approximation."

Epilogue: Batangas training

Last day of training in batangas.. Just when I thought I already got used to our boy-who-cried-wolf farewell (due to our many extensions), here I am feeling sad.

I always am easily attached to certain things, often inanimate, with which I have invested my time. Like places I've been to that holds memories of events I cannot bring back nor repeat. TUMCS, pisay, room 314 of my highschool dorm, KEM tambayan, eng'g, up, sunken garden... I know I can always go back to those places, but still, it would feel different than before. It's like you were a part of that place and now, if you go back, you're just a mere visitor.

Batangas has been home to me for the 3 months that I've been training.
The morning jog to catch ALPS,
the ~15minute-bus ride to the plant,
the walk down the stairs from admin to the process area,
the climb up the reactors and vrs and tanks,
the singing-ala-videoke during lunch at PP rx,
the badminton classes at recfacil,
the please-check-your-time announcement at 1730H,
the where-do-we-go-tonight adventures,
the staffhouse tambay with friends...
I'm sure gonna miss all those. It was like we were part of the JGSPC plant family, even though we're just 'ampons' being based really at the head office.

Feels like another chapter of my life is closing. A very colorful and happy one.
